Arpa is a Microsoft Agent character released by Yamaha as part of the Easy Composer Master 2 software. His appearance is a white rabbit with black dot eyes and pink cheeks wearing a red knit cap, blue pants and red boots.

- Arpa was created in 2000.
- Arpa was originally undiscovered, but was soon found on August 14th, 2025 from Textfiles' DiscMaster, a site for searching contents from CD-ROMs and others.
- There are no known English versions of Arpa.
- As with most classical Microsoft Agents, he has his own color table to utilize multiple unique colors to make the character seem higher quality.
