Pepe is a Microsoft Agent character created by Dave Higham. He became available for download on his pepedog.com website in 2000 alongside the Music Scripting Helper. Pepe was also the mascot of both of DogAgent.com and Pepedog.com, two popular Microsoft Agent websites in the early 2000s.
