Bonzify is a BonziBUDDY parody malware developed by Leurak. It was featured by Joel from Vinesauce in a Windows Vista Destruction video, which lead to its popularity. The program is meant to be like BonziBUDDY, but him actually destroying the user's computer and damaging their files instead of being spyware and adware.
Execution
When a user executes the malware, Bonzi will appear on the desktop and introduce himself to the user. He will then say "I'm here to destroy your computer again. But this time, it's an actual destruction.", signifying it will actually damage the user's OS. The first thing he does is inject his malicious code into all the programs on the victim's computer. He then tells the user to not restart their computer because it will be a "bit unstable".
If the user does not restart their computer, then the second phase will start. On the second phase, he will flood the victim's computer with executable files, inject them with his malicious code, and have them corrupt the user's computer. He goes on to state "Your programs are my slaves from then, doesn't that sound great?", before the third and final phase.
On the final phase, Bonzi will give the user 30 seconds to use the computer in its last moments before the final destruction. During this phase, Bonzi every 10 seconds will say "You've got __ seconds left until I activate the final destruction." When the timer runs out, Bonzi will say "Destruction of Death is now activated". Then message boxes will appear saying lots of things, some of which are questionable. There will also be message boxes in similar style to "Program has stopped responding", but with all the text and options being "Bonzi was here".
