Gulli is a Microsoft Agent character released by Europe Explorer as part of the France Explorer software. His appearance is a stick figure-like character who has a white head with light orange cheeks, white nose, black dot eyes and a black mouth, white torso, darker blue stick-like arms and legs, darker blue feet and hands, and light orange long pants.

Gulli serves as the mascot of France Explorer, a French online service provider.

Trivia
- Gulli was created in 1999.
- Gulli was originally undiscovered, but was soon found on August 14th, 2025 from Textfiles' DiscMaster, a site for searching contents from CD-ROMs and others.
- Gulli uses the ViaVoice Outloud 4.0 TTS voice, which can be downloaded from this article.
- To use Gulli's voice, download the Microsoft Agent Intermediate Pack V1.0 by Danya60 and a French language add-on.[1]
- There are no known English versions of Gulli.
- As with most classical Microsoft Agents, he has his own color table to utilize multiple unique colors to make the character seem higher quality.
