Judd is a Microsoft Agent character developed by Doell Group. His ACS file was purchasable for $14.95 USD[1] and could be used for software projects, with a lite version with 6 animations also being available for free. His appearance is a judge.
Usage
Judd was created as a product for developers to put inside their Microsoft Agent software. Judd also had a demo version available on the Doellmations website.
