Otacon (Dr. Hal Emmerich for the full name) is a modern (ported from video game) Microsoft Agent character developed by Brofist Monster. He is a chief engineer of Metal Gear REX and close friend of Solid Snake from the video game Metal Gear Solid, and it's sequels. His appearance is a middle-aged man with a white coat, a green shirt, brown hair, black jeans, black sneakers and glasses, depicted in pixel-art form during Tanker mission.

Trivia
- Otacon was originally going to be apart of MSAgent World, but after Brofist Monster's disappearance, MSAgent World was never released.
- As with most Brofist Monster's Microsoft Agents, Otacon does not have his own color table. Instead, he uses the GIF color table.
