Ozzar is a Microsoft Agent character created by Dov Weizman initially for his Agent InfoSpace website, which documented the early development history of Microsoft Agent, including its various beta releases and Microsoft Agent 1.5. As a result of this, Ozzar is one of the earliest non-Microsoft Microsoft Agent characters to be developed. His appearance is an elderly man with a star-patterned robe.

Trivia
- There are no known Microsoft Agent 2.0 versions of Ozzar.
- This is likely due to Weizman's passing in 1998 to 1999.[1]
- As with most classical Microsoft Agents, he has his own color table to utilize multiple unique colors to make the character seem higher quality.
- Ozzar was one of the first Microsoft Agent characters to not be developed by Microsoft themselves.
