Palm is a Microsoft Agent character based on the "Palm" family of PDAs developed by Rick Mislan. He is one of three PDA characters, the other two being Peter and Mary. His appearance is a black PDA with four green buttons in a rectangle in the center, a gray monochrome screen with a face, and two green LEDs in his upper corners.
