Palm is a Microsoft Agent character based on the "Palm" family of PDAs. He is one of three PDA characters, the other two being Peter and Mary. His appearance is a black PDA with four green buttons in a rectangle in the center, a grey monochrome screen with a face, and two green LEDs in his upper corners.
