BillG, short for Bill Gates, is a Microsoft Agent character released by Animatronix. His appearance is identical to former Microsoft CEO and co-founder Bill Gates. After its release, Microsoft had sent Animatronix a cease and desist in 2000, with a Microsoft employee implying that Bill Gates could have had lawyers protecting his image. However, the character is generally safe to use with the discontinuation of Microsoft Agent and lack of legal issues since 2004.
