Bruce is a Microsoft Agent character created by Dave Higham. He became available for download on his pepedog.com website in 2000 alongside the Music Scripting Helper.[1] Shortly after his creation, the MUSH web page added songs for its three main characters, with the Bruce character being utilized for songs from various different musical artists; a contrast from Pepe and Bone.[2]
