Bruce is a Microsoft Agent character created by Dave Higham. He became available for download on his pepedog.com website in 2000 alongside the Music Scripting Helper.[1] Shortly after his creation, the MUSH web page added songs for its three main characters, with the Bruce character being utilized for songs from various different musical artists; a contrast from Pepe and Bone.[2]

Trivia
- Unlike Blob, Bruce received an EXE installer alongside the Pepe and Bone characters.
- As with most classical Microsoft Agents, he has his own color table to utilize multiple unique colors to make the character seem higher quality.
- Despite Dave Higham making a Bruce.acs in March 1999, this character is separate from this one.[3]
