This category is for articles on Microsoft Actor characters that have pre-rendered images and sprites.

Purpose: Microsoft Actor is an entirely different thing from Microsoft Agent. It is important to know whether a character is a Microsoft Actor, a Microsoft Agent, or has a version for both. Characters made in Microsoft Agent (only 2.0) can be decompiled and have frames extracted as well as their color table and taskbar icon (if any). This category was also made to distinguish characters made with pre-rendered CGI graphics and characters not made with pre-rendered CGI graphics.
