Bosgrove is a Macintosh-exclusive Microsoft Actor character released by Microsoft Corporation. He was one of the five actors to be exclusive to Office 98. His appearance is a butler with a black suit, black bow tie, black shoes, and gray buttons.

Bosgrove was one of the selectable Office Assistants in Office 98. He would appear when ever the program decided the user could be assisted. For example, typing an address followed by "Dear" would cause the Assistant to appear with the message, "It looks like you're writing a letter. Would you like help?"

  • There are no known Microsoft Agent nor Windows versions of Bosgrove.
  • Bosgrove was one of the five assistants originally being exclusive to MacOS, the other four being Max, Earl, F1, and Rocky.
    • Unlike F1 and Rocky, however, neither Bosgrove or Max were added to Office 2000.
