Fin Fin is a Microsoft Agent character developed by Fujitsu Limited. He is one of the three Microsoft Agent characters to be developed by Fujitsu Limited, which also include Dog and Shellbeetle. His appearance is a mix between blue dolphin and a blue bird.

Fin Fin was created in 1999.
He appears in a video game Fin Fin on Teo the Magic Planet.
He is one of the three Microsoft Agent characters to be developed by Fujitsu Limited.
Like Ben, MSA Character, Banglis and Türk Arabasi, when trying to decompile Fin Fin with the Microsoft Agent Decompiler, it will throw an error saying "End of Data Buffer exceeded".
- Coincidentally, the La Cantoche characters like Claude, Oscar, Plany, and Milton will throw the same error too. However, Claude is the only one that actually decompile the images and audio just like Dog.
Despite the character being male, he uses Adult Female #2 as his text-to-speech voice rather than any of the Adult Male voices.
As with most classical Microsoft Agents, he has his own color table to utilize multiple unique colors to make the character seem higher quality.
