Otto is a Microsoft Agent character released by ZECO. He is one of the 4 Microsoft Agent characters to be released by ZECO, which also includes Christabel, Elmer, and Zac. His appearance is a fat guy wearing red pants, a white shirt, red gloves, Santa's hat, and yellow boots.

Trivia
- Otto was created in 2004.
- As with most ZECO's Microsoft Agents, when trying to decompile Otto with the Microsoft Agent Decompiler, it will throw an error saying "End of Data Buffer exceeded".
- Coincidentally, the La Cantoche characters like Claude, Oscar, Plany, and Milton will throw the same error too. However, Claude is the only one that actually decompile the images and audio.
- As with most classical Microsoft Agents, he has his own color table to utilize multiple unique colors to make the character seem higher quality.
