- On 64-bit it will not launch unfortunately since Microsoft discontinued running 16-bit programs in Windows a while back. On x86 you might have some luck since x86 has the NTVDM to allow 16-bit programs to run, though when I tried it on x86 Windows the program would crash frequently. Konnor88
