Pages

Primary pages

Home

The home page is the main page listed on BellCraft.com. It offers the links to all the other pages and hosts the downloads for Pixie and CharPackage. This page also contains the Contact section where the user can contact the owner of the site.

The character gallery is a page where users can download 43 different character files, all ranging from different sites. At the bottom of the page, it contains instructions for how to install character files (.ACS).

Mailing List

The Mailing List was where the user can receive e-mail announcements of new software and new versions of existing software. The user can enter their e-mail address and either subscribe, or unsubscribe from BellCraft.

Forum

The Forum page was where users could make forums related to BellCraft.com. There were a total of 2 sections (3 counting the Test Section) and 12 different forums (13 counting the Testing Forum).

Problem Report

The Problem Report page was where users could report problems spotted in BellCraft products. In order to report a problem, the user must enter their name, their e-mail address; the program the bug is happening in, a description of the problem, when the problem occurs; the error message (if there is one), their windows version, and the other programs that are running. After the user types all the needed info out, the user can report the bug to BellCraft Technologies.

Download pages

MASH

MASH has 2 pages dedicated towards it.

Page 1

The first page of MASH has a description of the software, a description of Microsoft Agent, a screenshot of supported Windows versions, and all the badges MASH won. This page is not actually for downloading the software, and instead links to page 2 which is the actual download for it.

Page 2

The second page of MASH is where the user actually downloads the program. There are 2 versions of the installer listed, the full setup and the mini setup. The mini setup only contains MASH, while the full version contains the Microsoft Agent Installer, Lernout and Hauspie TruVoice, the Genie Microsoft Agent character, and much more.

DeskBot

The DeskBot Download page has a short about section for DeskBot, and also lists the features of the program. Like the MASH page, there are 2 versions of the installer, which are the full and mini setup. The page also has a small Mailing List section, which works similar to the page equivalent, but for DeskBot announcements specifically. There is also a section for uninstalling DeskBot, and a section for contacting the owner of BellCraft.

BackgroundBot

The BackgroundBot Download page has a short about section for BackgroundBot, and also lists the features of the program. Unlike the MASH and Deskbot pages, there is only 1 version of the installer, which is used to download BackgroundBot. The page also has a small Mailing List section, which works similar to the page equivalent, but for BackgroundBot announcements specifically. There is also a section for uninstalling BackgroundBot, and a section for contacting the owner of BellCraft.

Trivia

  • Pixie and CharPackage are the only programs that do not have their own web page on the site.
  • The most recent program on BellCraft is BackgroundBot,[4] which is a desktop background changer for windows.
  • While it is known that MASH, DeskBot, and CharPackage were discontinued, it is also likely that BackgroundBot and Pixie were discontinued as well.
    • This is due to the fact that BellCraft's copyright date is still 2000 - 2017, and that both of the programs have not been updated since 2017.
    • The shutdown of the BellCraft site on November 2nd, 2025 is probably also a telling sign of their discontinuation.
  • On February 13rd, 2008, BellCraft Forums had a total of 711 members, 1101 topics, and 5285 posts.
    • For the MASH section, there were a total of 1053 topics and 5152 posts.
    • For the DeskBot section, there were a total of 48 topics and 133 posts.
  • On November 2nd, 2025, the BellCraft site unexpectedly shutdown, with it leading to a blank page that said "The service is unavailable."[5]
    • It is unknown what happened that caused the site to shutdown, though it could likely be due to the same reason as to why TMAFE.COM was hit with a false positive phishing warning.
