The Microsoft Agent Characters page allows users to download professionally-made Microsoft Agent characters developed by Bonzi Studios. It also has the character packs, Voiced Desktop Assistants and Improved Desktop Assistants, and a link to access miscellaneous Microsoft Agent characters.[2]

Microsoft Agent Setup Guide
The Microsoft Agent Setup Guide contains instructions on how to download and install Microsoft Agent. It contains the downloads for the Microsoft Agent runtime, Lernout and Hauspie TruVoice Text-To-Speech engine, the optional Microsoft Agent Speech Recognition Engine, the optional Speech Control Panel item, the download for AgentPatch, and other text-to-speech voices for Microsoft Agent.
Character Installation Guide
The Character Installation Guide contains instructions on how to install three different file types users can download Microsoft Agents in. This includes Agent Character Storages (.ACS), executable installers (.EXE), and any archive file type (.ZIP, .7Z, .RAR).

Trivia
- The miscellaneous Microsoft Agent page was stylized after the main window of MASH.
- On November 5th, 2025, Bonzi Studios was temporarily removed from the TMAFE Ring due to the site being a copy of Alex Parr's website.[3]
- However, the Bonzi Studios site was changed to be more original, which had it added back to the web-ring, as well as gaining a special halo colored hat just like Reflex Design.
- The majority of the text on the Microsoft Agent page was copied off of the Fuego's Cave Microsoft Agent page, but was removed as per MadCreeper's request.
