Arthur (also known as King Arthur) is a Microsoft Agent character created by Dave Higham for a website titled "Helen and Lamar's Home Page", a member of the Pepedogring.[1] His appearance is identical to the real dog of the same name.

Trivia
- As with most classical Microsoft Agents, he has his own color table to utilize multiple unique colors to make the character seem higher quality.
- King Arthur passed away on August 18th, 1999.[4]
