Lips is a Microsoft Agent character created by Dave Higham, and was his first 3D-modelled Microsoft Agent. Upon completion, he was released for download in the Microsoft Agent newsgroup in both ACS and ACF format on March 31st, 2001. His appearance is a red pair of floating lips, with Dave hinting that they are based on Marilyn Monroe's.

Trivia

• Lips was the first 3D Microsoft Agent character designed by Dave Higham.
